American Retirement Systems, LLC and our founder, Kevin Wingert, have a very simple business philosophy: Our Producers Are Our Customers.
Every business component of ARS is built around the concept of helping our producers receive greater success and then rewarding that success with improved business support.
American Retirement Systems’ Producer Incentive Package is designed to thank you for your first pieces of business with ARS and then rewarding you for loyal long-term production. We are committed to helping you grow your business with our President’s Elite Producers Group program while putting our dollars on the line with you.

ARS Producers’ Co-op
Producers Co-op has been designed to thank and reward American Retirement producers for their business. Our co-op program is made up of two levels: Producer’s Gold and Producer’s Elite!
While rewarding you with our Producers’ Co-op program is important, helping you reach new levels of success is more important! That is why American Retirement Systems Producer Co-op is designed as a Marketing Reimbursement Program. We will provide our co-op dollars to help you pay expenses to market yourself. Just provide us receipts for any marketing costs–seminars, direct mail, telemarketing, newspaper or radio ads–and we will reimburse those costs from your ARS Producer Co-op account. NOW YOU CAN MARKET YOUR SERVICES EVEN MORE!
Great news! When you achieve American Retirement Systems’ Elite Producer status, you may qualify for our President’s Elite Producers Group program. With Producers Elite status, your co-op credits can be used with ARS’ unique Concierge Client Building package.
Below you will find detailed information on how to qualify for these valuable benefits.

Can You Strengthen Your Marketing With These Dollars?
Rules and Conditions: Co-op credits under both the Elite and Gold programs are based on the net paid annual annuity premium for qualifying business written through American Retirement Systems, LLC.
